Very SIMPLE, DO NOT USE JAPANESE AT ALL. Use ONLY ENGLISH. Think,
speak, listen,write,read in English. Google in English,Wiki in English.

Software on PC. Talk in English with your Japanese friends(even on the
phone). You will never forget Japanese as you are Japanese, trust me. So just forget to use Japanese when you're studying. Talk to yourself in the mirror(if you don't have
anyone to speak to).

Good practice
whatever you behave, you speak to yourself many times.
I wake up , I wake up, I wake up. I walk I walk, I brush my teeth, I brush my teeth.
you can also use dictionary and pick up some sentences, and keep speaking when you are walking or cleaning the house, exercising, taking a shower etc.
you can set your quota. like 5 words or 5 sentences a day to remember.
This helps a lot for your motivation.
5 words x 365 day = 1825words in a year you will remember! but try even 1 word or 1 sentence a day
remember you need to revise what you remember a day before or two days before.
練習
一日のすべての行動を英語にして、ぶつぶつと唱えるもしくは頭の中で唱える。
できれば大きい声で。
起きた 今起きた、 ベッドから起きたなど覚えたらどんどん複雑にしていく。
英語の辞書から例文をとりだしてもよい。運動をしているときに数字をカウントするなど。
毎日５つ難しかれば１つ新しい単語を覚える。 それに伴い例文を丸暗記する。

聖書の勉強 Bible Studies 教会がやっているので無料です。聖書の勉強をするということで英語もついでにおそわってしまう。迷惑のかからないように。。。
